A Night with  Montgomery Gentry

The Anchorage Chapter of the Viet Nam Motorcycle Club of Alaska would like to thank the country music group, Montgomery Gentry, for their continued support for the causes that our club holds near and dear.

It is important not to forget those who have severed our country and did not return.  Montgomery Gentry’s wide appeal to a large audience helps spread the POW/MIA word and keeps this issue in the publics awareness through their songs.  Great songs like “Didn’t I,” and “You Do Your Thing, I’ll Do Mine” resonate through and through with the American spirit and stresses our core values.

We were very honored to be allowed backstage to do some pre-concert partying with the band.  The whole group is made up of some laid back guys from Kentucky and were great to hang out with.   During the concert members of the band wore our T-shirt, put our POW flag on stage, and had us stand up for an ovation.  It was a great night
